The second-pattern Step-in jump smock in Khaki-Tan lighti-weight cotton is a unique reproduction that is very hard to come by. We are only able to do this on a custom-order only.
The invasion of Crete saw the widespread use of M40 green smocks and the introduction of the M40 Splinter-B smocks. However, shortly after, m40 tropical Smocks in khaki fabric started being produced for use on the southern front and in North Africa.
The smock comes with pre-stitched eagle on a green grunmeliert base, armpit vents, belt hook holes and black leather zipper tabs. Zig-zag stitched under the collar and snaps buttons are also included.
The smock was meant to be baggy, in order to fit all the equipment inside. This smock is designed with the original use in mind and hence the garment is spacious. When it comes to choosing your size for the Tropical Step-in Jump Smock, it is important to take accurate measurements of your body. Then also measure your height and select your size based on these 2 measurements.
