Hermann Göring Division Collar Tabs

Collar tabs are the epitome of insignia for Luftwaffe troops. The ones on offer here are crafted from authentic materials and using same techniques. Woollen construction.

Mounted on buckram backings. Piping is made of Rayon fabric, like the originals, not twisted cord!

 

New High Quality Collar tabs that come in three configurations:

• No Piping - Collar tab for all HG troops from April 1943
• Red piping - Flak Units of the HGD Issued until April 1943
• Green piping - Jager / Infantry of the HGD Issued until April 1943

 

In April 1943, an order was issued to all troops to replace their collar tabs to the plain white ones. The branch of the service was to be reflected by the piping on the shoulder boards. Defying all logic, these white collar tabs were worn on top of camouflage items to show their elite status.
